HABÄNE Trademark and Brand Ownership

HABÄNE is a trademark and brand owned by Abhishek Arora and is protected as a trademark in Germany and India. For Germany, SchelmDev UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is separately and temporarily authorized by Abhishek Arora to use the HABÄNE trademark, name, logo and associated brand assets for Germany-market ecommerce and related commercial activities. For India, FASTFAME MULTIVERSE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is separately and temporarily authorized by Abhishek Arora to use the HABÄNE trademark, name, logo and associated brand assets for India-market ecommerce and related commercial activities.

The Germany and India authorizations are separate, territory-specific and may operate at the same time. Neither authorization transfers ownership of HABÄNE or any associated intellectual-property rights. For Germany-market purchases, the contracting seller is SchelmDev UG (haftungsbeschränkt), unless a different seller is clearly identified before the order is placed. For India-market purchases, the contracting seller is FASTFAME MULTIVERSE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, unless a different seller is clearly identified before the order is placed. The applicable seller must be identified before checkout completion and on the order confirmation or invoice.

Territorial Authorization / Parallel Operations

HABÄNE operates in Germany and India through two separate territorial authorizations granted by Abhishek Arora. SchelmDev UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is authorized to use HABÄNE in Germany for the agreed Germany-market ecommerce and related commercial operations. FASTFAME MULTIVERSE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is authorized to use HABÄNE in India for the agreed India-market ecommerce and related commercial operations. The authorizations are parallel and independent: neither entity owns HABÄNE, neither authorization transfers trademark ownership, and each operator is responsible for the local transactions and activities it directly handles within its authorized market.
